Dismissal
- Schools with Dismissal but NOT Attendance now can mark students dismissed ad-hoc throughout the day. This will let Dismissal schools handle things like early dismissals
- Dismissal Day Plans improvements: Once a student is dismissed - either through Attendance, the ad-hoc dismissal stuff described above, or during a Dismissal Event - they will now be labeled as “Dismissed” in the Day Plans view!
- Filtering by grades/groups/facilities is now consistently available across both the Dismissal Day Plans page and the Dismissal Defaults page.
- Improvements when archiving Timeslots. When archiving a timeslot, Ruvna will also update any students’ defaults and any plan changes to delete any steps for that timeslots. Before archiving, users will now see a warning explaining what will happen and be prompted to confirm.
- Within dismissal events, self-dismiss methods now appear in the sidebar, and link to a new page to list the students in that method
- Within dismissal events, you can now add students “ad-hoc” to buses and self-dismiss methods
- Previously the button to add students was only visible in after school methods.
Attendance
- When viewing an Attendance Record, you can now click on the date at the top of the page to quickly navigate to that student’s record on a different date.
- Attendance records now show a “Viewing Historical Record” banner if viewing a previous date.
- The Bulk Interactions Report can now be run for faculty/staff too, not just students.
Visitor Management
- The Prohibited Visitor list now displays a warning if your school doesn’t have the setting enabled to actually screen new visitors against the prohibited list.
